Since our products are perishable food items, returns are not accepted once delivered.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Incorrect order delivered
• Damaged or spoiled food
• Order canceled before preparation

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 5–10 minutes of placing it, provided food preparation has not started.
